A dear friend and long-time client of ours invited us on an unforgettable trip to Los Angeles to attend the Airbnb International Belo Awards, where they were named among the official Airbnb Belo Award Winners — receiving the coveted “Best Place” award. We were lucky enough to be there to witness it all and capture some behind-the-scenes magic along the way.
The award celebrates the most inspiring and impactful places listed on Airbnb — and let’s just say, this one more than earned it. Their iconic treehouse (yes, the one with the spa!) took home the win for its incredible design, guest experience, and uniqueness. It’s now officially one of the world’s best — and we couldn’t be prouder.
As a creative social video agency, we couldn’t resist turning the experience into a short film. We documented the entire journey — from landing in LA to the moment they were announced as Airbnb Belo Award Winners — and captured some incredible moments from the ceremony, the celebrations, and the beautifully styled events held across Downtown Los Angeles.
The vibe was electric. Airbnb took over DTLA with style — complete with immersive installations, thoughtful storytelling, and a stacked entertainment lineup that included none other than Maroon 5 and Lady Gaga. Yes, really.
This wasn’t just an award ceremony — it was a global celebration of creativity, community, and hospitality at its highest level.
