01.

Pre-production

We developed a detailed production plan with the client including a venue recce, technical recommendations, YouTube live stream set up and testing, lighting / audio and internet tests all timed to their event run sheets.

02.

Solution

On the evening of the event we used three (3) cameras to cover the briefing session. This included 1x fixed camera, 1x close up follow camera and 1x AI controlled PTZ camera allowing for multiple angle coverage. Audio was provided by an inhouse audio feed.

For robust connection to the YouTube servers we also supplied a bonded internet kit with took the venues wifi & bonded it to two (2) 5G connections for rock solid streaming.

03.

The Result

We had over 1,000+ people view the livestream briefing with the in person event being a sell out. The live stream video was also shared across the client newsletter mailing list and social media channels.
