Solution
Filming took place at the Sydney International Convention Centre, where our team captured keynote presentations, panel moments, and a variety of interactive workshop activities. The content was approached with a light footprint, allowing us to document authentic engagement without interrupting the workshop flow — ideal for internal reflection, external reporting, and digital communications.

The Result
The final video materials supported Digital.NSW’s broader mission of inclusive, user-led service design, providing stakeholders with a visual record of participation, collaboration, and innovation in action. The footage has since been used for reporting, comms recaps, and as internal inspiration for ongoing transformation efforts across NSW government.
