Family Business Australia
It has been great to work with our sister company Story National to create the promotional materials for the 2019 Family Business Australia National Conference. We worked with them to plan, produce, film & edit a series of keynote speaker interviews.
It was a real humbling experience to sit down & interview a range of featured key note speakers from Brian White AO the Joint Chairman Ray White Group, a 3rd generation family business through to Frank Costa AO the Chariman of the Costa Group who supply fresh produce nationally to the likes of Aldi, Coles & Woolworths.
We turned the series of interviews into a range of promotional video collateral filmed across Sydney & Melbourne which was used across all the digital channels & an emotive hero campaign edit which featured across LinkedIn, YouTube & Facebook.
It was a real, humbled joy to spend one-on-one time talking to & working with such impressive business visionairies.

Pre-production
Bake collaborated with our sister company, Story National, to plan the video coverage and promotional strategy for the Family Business Australia National Conference. Our team worked on interview structures, logistics, and visual direction to ensure each keynote speaker’s story was captured authentically. The pre-production process focused on respectful storytelling and strategic content planning across multiple platforms.

Solution
We filmed a series of in-depth interviews with some of Australia’s most iconic family business leaders — including Brian White AO (Ray White Group) and Frank Costa AO (Costa Group). Our crew filmed across both Sydney and Melbourne, creating a consistent look and feel that elevated the professionalism of the campaign. In post, we cut a library of promotional edits for social media, plus a hero brand film that distilled the emotional core of the conference — honouring legacy, vision, and the spirit of generational business.

The Result
The campaign was launched across LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook, driving awareness for Family Business Australia and elevating the perceived value of the conference. The interviews and hero video were used pre-, during, and post-event to deepen audience engagement and showcase the calibre of speakers involved.
