The Finnies 2025 (10th anniversary milestone)
The Bake team was entrusted to capture all of the action of the 2025 Finnie Awards including the 10th anniversary celebrations.
Bake’s five (5) strong media captured the action from the black tie arrivals to the champagne pricess through to the 10th birthday fireworks and back stage winner interviews.
Using a mix of 4K video cameras, hi-resolution stills photography (including same night photo highlights), aerial video and 8K 360 video the production values were once again lifted.

Pre-production
For the 10th anniversary of the Finnie Awards—Australia’s leading fintech celebration—we were proud to be entrusted with capturing the full visual story of this milestone event. Held in black-tie style, the brief was to deliver polished, high-impact photography with same-night turnaround and full event coverage.
Our pre-event planning included gear coordination for both still and aerial shots, shot list development for key moments, and backstage access prep to capture live winner reactions.

With a five-person media crew on the ground, we documented the event across multiple zones and touchpoints:

Using a mix of high-resolution stills cameras, aerial drones, and even immersive 8K 360° video (for video clients), our photography team focused on delivering premium, timeless event images under dynamic lighting and fast-paced conditions.

Our same-night edit team provided real-time social media highlights, followed by a full post-event image gallery used across press, newsletters, and LinkedIn wrap-ups. The photos captured the prestige, personality, and celebration energy of the Finnies’ 10th birthday—cementing the event as a standout in Australia’s fintech calendar.
