Bake filmed the Commissioners address on location at the NSW Fire and Rescue Headquarters in Sydney.

We filmed on location with a small team and turned around a short 2-3 minute edit.

01. Pre-production

Bake collaborated with Fire and Rescue NSW to plan a streamlined production approach for the Commissioner’s official address. We supported scripting and messaging refinement to ensure clarity and tone were aligned with internal communications goals. Our team also coordinated access to the venue, handled pre-site technical planning, and ensured the setup would run smoothly on the day.

02. Solution

With a small footprint and fast turnaround in mind, we executed the shoot on-site at NSW Fire and Rescue Headquarters. Our agile team managed lighting, grip, sound, and camera ops with precision, allowing for minimal disruption in a live government environment. The Commissioner’s 2–3 minute message was filmed in a controlled setting to ensure a premium result under a tight window. This project demonstrated how professional production can be executed efficiently without compromising quality — particularly for internal or time-sensitive communications.

03. The Result

The final content was a polished, direct-to-camera address supported by professional lighting, clean sound, and sharp editing. The video was delivered on a fast post-production timeline and distributed across internal comms and digital platforms.
