So proud of the Bake content agencies cross border team of seven (7) for covering such an amazing two day event!
The team captured the hybrid events’ +50 keynote speaker videos, which were captured live then turned arounded to YouTube and the virtual attendee event app in an average time of 10 mins after the completion of each speakers slot.
We also captured, retouched and delivered over 655 event photos, serviced multiple national same day press coverage requests and delivered the festival highlights video edit within 48 hours!

Solution
Our team captured and delivered over 50 keynote speaker videos—with an average turnaround time of just 10 minutes post-presentation to the Intersekt virtual event app and YouTube. We also photographed the entire conference, retouched and delivered 655+ high-res images, and provided same-day content to support national press requests, including media like the Sydney Morning Herald featuring Afterpay’s Lee Hatton.
To close the show, we delivered a high-energy highlights reel within 48 hours—ready for post-event marketing, recap, and social distribution.
