Landcom Macarthur Park

Being a NSW Government approved supplier means maintaining high standards, process, quality standard and specialist insurances.

This opens the doors to allow the Bake team to work with the likes on Landcom.

As a state-owned corporation, we are a commercial business that achieves public outcomes while also generating financial returns for the NSW Government.

With affordable housing touching every Australia, it was our pleasure to capture so key milestones of the Macarthur Park precinct. With the final recycled, enironmental friendly asphalt being laid Bake was up for a 6am call to capture all the action in hi-resolution 4K video, stills photography and cine aerial shots.

The media will be added to the Landcom promotional archive for future use in sales and communications collateral.

01.

Pre-production

As an approved supplier to the NSW Government, Bake maintains strict standards in quality, compliance, and delivery. For this project with Landcom, we worked closely with their internal communications team to plan the capture of a key milestone at the Macarthur Park precinct — the laying of the final stretch of recycled, environmentally friendly asphalt. Pre-production focused on timing, safety, visual framing, and coverage strategy for maximum media versatility.

Solution

Our team was on-site at sunrise to document the milestone moment in high-resolution 4K, still photography, and cinematic drone footage. We focused on visually capturing the environmental and social value of the Macarthur Park development. Footage and stills were carefully composed to align with Landcom’s brand requirements and future promotional needs, ensuring long-term asset value.
