Landcom Schofeilds

We partnered with Landcom to provide high-resolution aerial photography of the Schofields housing development—a key NSW Government-backed precinct supporting the delivery of new, sustainable, and affordable homes in Sydney’s growing northwest corridor. Our drone coverage helped visually document the site’s progress and potential, supplying Landcom with premium assets for planning, reporting, and public communications.

01. Pre-production

Working under NSW Government supplier standards, we collaborated with Landcom to plan a drone shoot that would effectively capture the scale, progress, and urban context of the Schofields precinct. The goal was to create a visual snapshot of early-stage development across residential lots and infrastructure zones

02. Solution

Using a 4K-capable drone system, we documented multiple vantage points around the development site—providing a comprehensive top-down view of streetscapes, lot layouts, surrounding infrastructure, and green space buffers.

03. The Result

The aerial stills were delivered in both high-resolution and compressed formats to support flexible use across planning documentation, executive reports, and public-facing Landcom materials. The visual assets have been archived by Landcom for use in future sales and stakeholder communications.
