It was great to recently work with the Havas SE team to help capture their client Moccona’s brand activation at Bondi, Sydney.

The activation included product tasting, gives away’s, a giant spring water ice cube & 3D selfie photo booth – perfect for a hot summers day on Bondi Beach! We helped them capture a range of time-lapse, VOX popssocial highlights & events activation footage of the day. The content will be edited & shared across a range of digital channels over the coming months to help promote their refreshing new product ‘Moccona – Ice Brew’.

To date the pieces have had around 1,000,000+ views in 3-4 weeks, with 760,00+ views on YouTube & 299,000+ views on Facebook – watch those reach & engagement metrics fly!

Pre-production

Bake was engaged by the Havas SE team to capture their beachside brand activation for Moccona’s new product, Ice Brew. Set on Bondi Beach during peak summer, the activation included a 3D selfie booth, giant spring water ice cube, giveaways, and product sampling. We planned a fast, flexible production setup to capture authentic crowd reactions, campaign energy, and social-ready footage in a live environment.

Solution

Our team captured a range of high-impact content throughout the day — including crowd timelapses, spontaneous VOX pops, product tasting reactions, and slow-motion highlights from the 3D selfie booth. The footage was designed for immediate and long-tail use across digital channels. Quick edits and highlight reels were produced for YouTube, Facebook, and campaign cutdowns, ensuring a variety of formats to drive reach and engagement.

In the first few weeks, the campaign content generated over 1,000,000+ views — including 760,000+ on YouTube and 299,000+ on Facebook. The activation captured summer energy and consumer love in real time, and the content continues to fuel awareness for Moccona – Ice Brew across paid and organic platforms.
