State Insurance Regulatory Authority

It was great to work with the NSW State Regulatory Insurance Authority team, to help bring to life some training materials to explain changes to regulatory certification brought about during COVID 19.

Working on a compressed timeline to design, deliver & publish the materials to the target audience, we worked closely & collaboratively with the SIRA team to draft up concepts, secure approvals & delivery final files for distribution.

Taking a static PPT training presentation & turning it into an engaging, rich media content piece that was received warmly by industry stakeholders. It featured 2D animation & a professional voice read of the script, all worked up to the approved NSW State Government brand guidlines.

01.

Pre-production

We partnered with the NSW State Insurance Regulatory Authority to transform regulatory training materials into engaging, accessible digital content during the height of the COVID-19 response. Working to a tight deadline, we collaborated closely with the SIRA team to turn complex policy updates into clear, audience-friendly media.

02.

Solution

Starting with a static PowerPoint deck, we developed a full 2D animated training module complete with a professional voiceover and graphics tailored to NSW Government brand guidelines. The animation brought dry material to life, improving clarity and retention for industry professionals navigating new certification rules.

We ensured the final deliverables were fully compliant, polished, and optimized for seamless distribution across SIRA’s digital platforms.

The Result

The final module was well received by both internal stakeholders and the wider industry—serving as a model for how clear, creative communication can simplify complex policy and training needs.

From PowerPoint to powerful—this project shows how the right creative approach can bring public sector training into the digital age.
