It was great to work with the Stirring Change team once again, such an inspiration ball of nutrition, energy and inspiration.

Bake pulled together a small two (2) person team to film a range of on location content over the course of one day including multi camera webinar material and promotional stills photography.

We filmed the material in a multi camera live stream format with real time visions switching so are to reduce the post production time, just like live television to accomodate the clients smaller budget.

It was an action packed day full of great food, nutritional knowledge and content creation.

01. Pre-production

Returning to work with the passionate team at Stirring Change, Bake planned a fast, efficient content capture day focused on nutritional education and audience engagement. We scoped a one-day, multi-format shoot combining live-stream style video with promotional stills, ensuring every shot served multiple purposes. The goal was high content value within a compact, agile setup.

02. Solution

With a two-person crew, we delivered a streamlined production including multi-camera webinar filming, live vision switching, and stills photography — all within a single day. By switching live like a TV broadcast, we reduced post-production time and cost without sacrificing quality. The shoot delivered both long-form webinar content and fast-turnaround visual assets to support the campaign. A full day of filming packed with energy, nutrition tips, and efficient creative outcomes.

The webinar content was turned around quickly and delivered in a polished, ready-to-use format — perfect for immediate digital release. The efficient production model helped Stirring Change meet their goals on budget, while capturing high-quality footage and images to use across platforms.
