Sugar CRM – APAC Customer Roadshow, Grand Hyatt, Melbourne.

What a pleasure to work with the Sugar CRM team to capture the magic of the Melbourne leg of their APAC customer roadshow. The day was a mix of networking, presentations, product updates, case studies & fun.

Our Melbourne team filmed a range of timelapse footage, interviews, highlights footage, presentations & a long form / multi camera interview with their global CEO, Craig Charlton & a key customer of theirs Barnardos Australia.

We deliver a range of edits from short social clips, to paid media spots, a highlights edit & long form CEO interview. Thanks again to the amazing Sugar CRM team.

01. Pre-production

We worked with the SugarCRM to create a production plan to film and edit a range of video assets of their APAC roadshow in Melbourne, Victoria.

02. Solution

Our production solution included a three (3) person senior production team to capture interviews, overlay footage and C suite interviews during the event. Thus maximising the return of on location production services.

03. The Result

The deliverable was a long form C suite interview showcasing SugarCRMs unique service offering. A 2-3 minute event highlights edit and a short social clip that captured a range of customer testimonials on SugarCRMs power feature set.
