SugarCRM Barnardos Case Study
It has been great to work with the SugarCRM marketing team to plan, visualise, produce and edit a feature case study of the Barnardos digital transformation.
With over one hundred (100) years of operation, the story, challenges and breadth of the the technology was truely inspiring.
We helped with script crafting, venue logistics, onsite filming, grip, gaff, sound, lighting and post production editing of the campaign pieces.

Pre-production
Working closely with the SugarCRM marketing team, Bake helped shape the structure and narrative of the Barnardos case study. We supported the scripting process, aligned visual direction with brand guidelines, and planned logistics across multiple locations. Our pre-production phase focused on ensuring the story was grounded in authenticity while highlighting the impact of the technology.

Solution
The project required capturing a century’s worth of legacy alongside a very modern digital transformation. Bake led on-site production with a highly mobile unit, filming interviews, cutaways, and location context across Barnardos’ facilities. Working with a mix of natural and controlled lighting, we brought warmth and sincerity to each story moment. A strong focus was placed on storytelling in post, combining B-roll, voice, and motion graphics to emphasise both human impact and technological innovation. The final piece was designed for digital-first distribution across video marketing, CRM promotion, and client engagement.
