The Bake team produced a range of 40+ conference livestreams, through to over 600+ event photography including same day press photos through to video highlights & VIP interviews of this two day industry.

Pre-production
We worked with FinTech Australia to created a detailed production plan for their three (3) day event including capturing professional photography, videography and live streaming of the event.

Solution
The five (5) person Bake team captured a range of material across the three (3) day activation of the Grand Hyatt including all key note speeches, quick turn around press photography and highlights video coverage.

The Result
Our team captured over 1.5TB of photos and video assets including 40+ live keynote livestreams and 600+ photographs. All backed up to our 100TB RAIDz2 server. Our inhouse team edited and delivered all the material on tight deadlines including YouTube management.
