It was great to be asked to produce & direct a series of campaign videos for SafeWork NSW.
There is currently approx. $100 billion in infrastructure work going on in NSW & the SafeWork NSW team has a real passion for helping ensure that everyone get’s home each day safe to their families.
The series of seven campaign videos were filmed across live sites in Tamworth & Western Sydney. They feature real life, SafeWork NSW inspectors from across the stae sharing their personal stories. The Bake team & SafeWork NSW representatives worked closely to bring this pieces to life.
The campaign was designed to shine a light on the different personalities, breadth of professional expertise & unifying passion for work place safety. The icing on the cake was a note from our government agency contact saying ‘The Minister loves it!’.

Pre-production
We were proud to collaborate with SafeWork NSW to produce and direct a series of campaign videos spotlighting real inspectors and the human stories behind workplace safety. With $100 billion in infrastructure projects underway across NSW, the brief was clear: help build awareness and emotional connection to the importance of getting home safely every day.

Working closely with agency representatives, our crew navigated tight timelines, challenging shoot environments, and compliance requirements to deliver a polished, resonant video series.

The Result
The seven-part campaign successfully humanised workplace safety messaging—highlighting the professional diversity, empathy, and commitment of the SafeWork NSW team. The videos were warmly received internally and externally, with one key piece of feedback saying: “The Minister loves it.”
